Q1. How can I find the right charger for my e-bike/scooter/etc?

Answer: There are 3 ways to find your charger.

  • A) By Brand
    when pointed to "Buy Battery Charger", select the brand you are looking for

  • B) By Specification (ie voltage) and Battery type
    when pointed to "Buy Battery Charger", select the voltage accordingly

  • C) By search charger model ID from your old charger
    input the keywords into the search bar on top

  • If you still not able to find the charger, please chat with us (click the icon on the bottom right corner)

Q2. How long does it take for delivery?

UK (Mainland) Item(s) usually arrive within 2 working days if your postal address is within the UK mainland.
Scottish Highlands,
Northern Ireland & other UK		 The delivery would usually take 2-3 days
European Countries, Australia & USA The delivery would usually take 7 days to arrive.
Other parts of the world Delivery time are various depends on the country and the services available.
