Q1. How can I find the right charger for my e-bike/scooter/etc?

Answer: There are 3 ways to find your charger:

  • A) By Model or Brand Name Search
    In the search bar, enter the model name or brand name, or simply scroll down the screen to find the brand list

  • B) By Specification (ie voltage) and Battery type
    when pointed to "Buy Battery Charger", select the voltage accordingly

  • C) By search charger model ID from your old charger
    In the search bar, enter the model number

  • If you still not able to find the charger, please message or call us

Q2. How long does it take for delivery?

UK (Mainland) Item(s) usually arrive within 2 working days if your postal address is within the UK mainland.
Scottish Highlands,
Northern Ireland & other UK		 The delivery would usually take 2-3 days
European Countries, Australia & USA The delivery would usually take 7 days to arrive.
Other parts of the world Delivery time are various depends on the country and the services available.
